Who we are?
Support The Journey (STJ) is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) charity organization registered in 2019 in the state of New Jersey, United States. STJ is committed to bridging the financial obstacles that adults with developmental disabilities and their families face when a non-government funded option best serves them.
Our Vision
To raise and manage funds to support adults with Developmental Disabilities living in results proven facilities that are not directly eligible for federal funding. Individuals with Fragile X Syndrome, Downs Syndrome, Autism, Intellectually Disabled, and other related developmental disabilities should not have their options limited because of economic factors. We will advocate for the government increasing it’s roll in support it’s most vulnerable population while not sitting and waiting around for them to catch up.

GOALS
To raise funds annually through year end direct asks and fund raisers. Steward these funds in an open manner and set yearly goals for growth. When necessary distribute these funds in a manner that will directly help an adult with a developmental disability that is in a non-government funded program. Create an awareness to our efforts so that we can be named in trusts and estate plans.
